RoboThespian™s to perform in Poland next year

Four RoboThespian™s programmed with Polish content will be installed at the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw when it opens in 2010.   Whilst one RoboThespian™ will be greeting visitors as they arrive at the brand new centre, three  RoboThespian™s will be performing in a play.  The Polish play will feature animated content from a leading Polish animation company and the RoboThespian™ costumes, special effects and stage area have been designed by Engineered Arts.

Carnegie Science Center – competition to name RoboThespian™

Carnegie Science Center are running a naming competition for their RoboThespian™.  Visit their website to get involved – the current favourite is Andy, but you can also suggest your own name ideas.  Given RoboThespian’s acting abilities what about “Oscar” or “Robot de Niro”.

RoboThespian™ will be greeting visitors as they arrive at the new 6,000 sqft robotics exhibition roboworld™ when it opens on the 13th June.
