Is RoboThespian reliable in operation?

Reliability is a key issue for any mechanical device, and RoboThespian is complex, however this complexity is built on simplicity we have carefully designed Thespian to be as reliable and robust as possible.
We utilize proven industrialized components where ever possible and engineer for fault tolerance, that means if one function stops working the rest carries on.
We guarantee RoboThespian for one year on a replacement parts and return to workshops basis. We are able to provide on site maintenance and repairs at additional cost.
Although rare, mechanical faults are usually simple and straight forward to remedy, a loose screw or frayed cable is normally to blame. We provide a complete maintenance manual.
